How to remote view camera on my phone (EseeCloud 3.0)?


1) Make sure the NVR system is ONLINE condition:

Use Ethernet cable to connect NVR recorder with LAN port of home router to get the Cloud ID online.

Right click the mouse to enter main menu > system setup > network setup > network setup > enable DHCP > Cloud (P2P).

2) Search APP and download it on your phone:

The system supports 2 APP: “IP Pro” and “EseeCloud 3”, please search one of them in your APP store or Google play.

3) Register and login the APP:

4) Add Cloud ID:

A: Manually Add:

Enter APP > My Device > click “+”in the right top bottom of the phone > “Add Device”> VCR/NVR > Tap Cloud information;

B: Scan QR code to add device ID:

B1: Enter APP > My Device > click “+”in the right top bottom of the phone > “Scan”;

B2: Right click the mouse to enter main menu > system setup > network setup > network setup > “Show QR Code” and scan to add Cloud ID.

---Cloud ID: A: Right click the mouse to enter main menu > system setup > network setup > Cloud (P2P)

                   B: Right bottom corner of the monitor

                 C: Back of NVR recorder (black box/12’’ monitor)

---Description: customize the system name (such as home, office, room...)

---User Name: default is admin (the same as it is on your NVR recorder)

---Password: default is no password, leave it blank/empty (the same as it is on your NVR recorder)


5) Remote view camera via phone:

Double click the screen, and you can view camera anywhere anytime.


6) If you need receive APP notification, please enable APP notice function on NVR system:

Right click mouse to enter main menu > system setup > channel setup > video detection> choose channel > enable motion> enable motion alert, choose APP Alarm > click “Apply” to save the setting.

Then enter APP > Personal Center > Alarm Message > Enable Message Push

Please Note:

When you change password on NVR recorder, please delete Cloud ID on your phone and re-add it with the new combination.
